Description of the organisation
NUTRITION SCIENCES is a Belgian private company and is well known for its R&D activities in animal production and spends much attention to the introduction of new ingredients, concepts, services and technologies in animal livestock production for its customers. Their innovation-driven attitude enables them to supply sustainable and economically viable solutions for the efficient production of animal feed and ingredients within the food value chain. Main focus today is developing concepts and services for (1) reduction of raw material depletion and (2) lowering the dependency for antibiotics in livestock production.
NUTRITION SCIENCES leads and customizes services related to:
- Production of feeds
- Define end user requirements
- Define protein quality of project outcomes
- Contribute to legal & ethic requirements, standardisation activities & green marketing
NUTRITION SCIENCES has a multidisciplinary team (PhDs, MScs, engineers, entrepreneurs) who have wide experience in food chains and offer high value expertise for the activities related to the project and future exploitation of project results. For this purpose, our experienced team commonly undertakes prospective and innovation activities for the benefit of competitiveness and international market access.
